Sourcing
- Dedicated sources leveraging the industry’s top talent prospecting platforms to create a deep candidate pipeline filled with the hard-to-find profiles you’ve been missing out on.
- Strategic reach out is executed consisting of email/text campaigns, In Mails, cold calls, and social networking with timely follow-ups built to nurture and intrigue candidates.
- Interested candidates are vetted through our logic-based dynamic forms customized for each role. Then, a full handoff to our lead Recruiter occurs.
Recruiting
- An in-depth phone screen between our lead Recruiter and candidate to confirm that both the client and candidate’s needs and wants are aligned.
- Recruiter builds out a detailed and clean email submission that includes the candidate’s career bullet points, compensation, and availability for a phone interview with the client.
- Once the client's phone interview time has been confirmed, Recruiter will assist with as much or as little of any future scheduling, feedback calls, and negotiations as needed.
